Rob is a performance psychologist who works as an executive coach and facilitator for business leaders. He also works with professional and age group athletes. 

Since playing professional squash in his teens and early twenty’s, Rob has been fascinated with an individual’s abilities to improve their performance, develop talent and tap into potential.

Rob has been designing and facilitating brain-friendly leadership and management programmes for the past 20 years, for some of the UK’s best known companies, for example: The Home Retail Group (Argos and Homebase), Unilever, Fitness First and British Airways. His work is now a mixture of facilitating Leadership development programmes and coaching. He works across a broad range of industry sectors: Retail, FMCG, Leisure, Sport, Property and Financial Services. He has led learning and development programmes across a range of countries and cultures, Europe, US, LAT AM, and the SEAA

Rob helps people explore their relationships with themselves, by building confidence, overcoming limiting beliefs and developing resilience strategies. He works to help his clients develop their relationship building skills with key stakeholders and teams

Client organisations tend to seek him out to help their people increase mental toughness or resilience, step up to the challenging of a new role or support executives in career transitions.

Following his passion for sport, Rob also works with British Triathlon working as part of the design team developing coach mentors. In his spare time Rob competes in Ironman distance triathlon and other endurance based events. Rob is married and lives in Dorset.
